Before boarding, we picked up a couple of sandwiches for the ride and spent a final few minutes enjoying the atmosphere that had made Villa de Leyva such a memorable destination.

The return journey was smooth, and before long we were back in Bogotá preparing for the next phase of our trip.

Tips for Taking the Bus from Bogotá to Villa de Leyva
