Chocolate Museum Villa de Leyva: A Fun Stop in Colombia’s Most Charming Colonial Town

One of the things I enjoy most about travel is discovering attractions I wasn’t necessarily planning to visit.

That’s exactly how we ended up at the Chocolate Museum Villa de Leyva.

My wife and I had spent several enjoyable days exploring the town and the surrounding Boyacá countryside. On our final morning, we had a little extra time before catching our bus back to Bogotá.

Located just across from where we were staying sat the Chocolate Museum.

With time to spare and curiosity getting the better of us, we decided to step inside.
